the studios
Each resident is provided with a private studio with an attached bedroom and a small bathroom. The studios are approximately 40 m2/400 sq ft in size, with good storage and a skylight.
A coffee maker and a small refridgerator are provided in each studio.
the lounge
The lounge is the common area of the studio building. A self-serve breakfast is served in the lounge and it is a wonderful place to linger in for a chat during the day or in the evening, or just to enjoy the view which is spectacular.
the barn
The barn can be used as an additional work area and is most commonly used for exhibitions. It also functions well as a concert hall due to its good acoustics.
the main house
The main house is where the Baer residents gather for lunch and dinner, and it also stores the laundry facilities, a small library area and the director's office.
the shed
The shed stores the ceramics facilities and the woodwork area.
